Fair Trade Banana Sandwiches

Dr What left us some Fair Trade bananas, bread and low fat spread. We looked on our blog and saw that he had left us a message asking us to find out more information about the uses of boats and ships particularly how they transport Fair Trade products. 

We did some research and watched a video which explained the journey a banana goes on and what Fair Trade means and why it is so important.

As we had such a lot if ingredients we were able to create our own banana sandwich! Everyone demonstrated their chopping, spreading and cutting skills to a high standard. Mrs Coyle thought all of the sandwiches looked delicious and we certainly agreed as we are them all up!
