Welcome to Primary 1b!

All the new children in Primary 1b have made an excellent start to school! Everyone has settled well into the class and are able to follow the routines of the school. One of our favourite things is having a visit from our buddies, who are in Primary 7. They have helped us to put on our jackets and shoes, play outside in the playground and they took us on a tour of the school. We know our school is huge with lots of exciting things including the gym hall and the ICT suite!


One of the first things that we have discussed in Room 2 are the 'Qualities' that we show when we are doing different things. We can demonstrate a quality audience on the carpet when we are listening to Mrs Coyle and learning on the smartboard. When we are moving around the school we are able to do so in a super quality line. Everyone stands very quietly, with their hands by their sides and stays behind the person in front of them. Our Pupil of the Week always leads our line as they are able to set an excellent example! Have a look at our quality audience and quality line.
